This is the day that I, as a Journalist, realized our Constitution didn't work.

When Donald Trump assumed the presidency, he vowed to overhaul the federal government. Among his targets was a longstanding department renowned for its regulatory compliance and dedication to public welfare. With a swift executive order, this department was rebranded as the Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOGE). The move seemed innocuous, but it marked the beginning of a sinister transformation.

DOGE

Immediately, 60% of the department's staff received layoff notices. The media remained eerily silent, and within two weeks, the remaining employees, disillusioned by the dismantling of their life's work, resigned. The once-vibrant halls of the department fell silent, replaced by the footsteps of new occupants—billionaires with vested interests.

The rebranding of the department to DOGE was more than a nominal change; it symbolized the infiltration of corporate interests into the very fabric of government. As traditional checks and balances eroded, the American public found themselves under increased surveillance, their data mined and analyzed without consent. The constitutional rights once taken for granted were now at the mercy of an alliance between political leaders and tech magnates, casting a long shadow over the nation's democracy.

Enter Musk

Elon Musk, the enigmatic CEO of SpaceX, was among the first to step in. With his ventures into space exploration and satellite technology, Musk possessed the means to establish an unprecedented surveillance network. Concerns arose about the true purpose of this DOGE and teens, especially as government buildings shuttered without explanation. Speculation grew that Musk's technologies were being repurposed for domestic monitoring, blurring the lines between innovation and intrusion. Many citizens were afraid their information was being sold to bad actors. 

\What American’s did not know was the biggest, baddest, actor did get their information. Donald, JD, and Elon, Zuckerberg were mere puppets on the puppet string to someone more sinister. If anyone could have those pompous kings on their knees, what chance did we have to do anything about it?  None.

Thiel Enters the Scene

Clad in all black like you would expect a Disney villian, arives Peter Thiel, with a net worth of approximately $7.9 billion, co-founder of PayPal, and significant investor in companies like Facebook, SpaceX, Affirm, and Palantir Technologies. 

Thiel, a prominent tech entrepreneur and venture capitalist, has been influential in shaping the ideological underpinnings of Project 2025, a comprehensive plan aimed at restructuring the federal government. His ideological influence is evident in the project's emphasis on deregulation and efficiency. 

Thiel's influence in the tech industry was vast, but his political maneuvers were equally noteworthy. A staunch supporter of Trump's administration, Thiel had donated substantial sums to Trump's campaign and was instrumental in introducing J.D. Vance to Trump, propelling Vance's political career.

Thiel's political engagements are equally notable. He contributed $10 million to J.D. Vance's Ohio Senate campaign, a pivotal factor in Vance's political ascent. Their relationship extends beyond financial support; Vance previously worked at Thiel's venture capital firm, Mithril Capital, and later founded Narya Capital in 2019 with backing from Thiel and other tech luminaries. 

Narya has many companies under its umbrella with Vance recently receiving a $30 Million dollar’s in grants for its Space program. Narya houses Rumble, a social media platform for the extreme right who have been banned from other platforms. It is the Truth Social of Vance’s as $Trump Crypto is to $Vance crypto.  Narya has two thriving Agricultural businesses called AcreTrader and AppHarvest. AcreTrader allows people to buy land on its platform, disregarding the foreign interests, the communities, or the right to keep it farmland. AppHarvest focuses on indoor farming.  Both have seen increases under the new Trump policies as farmers are hurting and needing government help.  This is what is offered.  The word conflict of intrest doesn’t even make a noise in the scheme and level of these scams to the American people who look to leadership to help them survive and provide. 

Despite the evil this Narya covers, the real scare is in Theil’s Palantir, the data analytics firm, specialized in aggregating vast amounts of information from diverse sources, selling its insights to both private enterprises and government agencies, including the CIA, FBI, and NSA. While Palantir claimed to uphold privacy and civil liberties, critics argued that its operations infringed on individual rights and lacked transparency.

The company's secretive nature and extensive government contracts raised alarms about the potential for executive overreach and the erosion of constitutional safeguards. Who can stop a man who has all of your personal information, even your private chats with your spouse? One could say that any dirty politician would be his pawn, as this man yields the ability to submit criminal actions on whim for incarceration. 

Vance's trajectory from venture capitalist to Vice President underscores the deepening ties between Silicon Valley and the political sphere. His involvement with Thiel facilitated connections within a network of tech billionaires, aligning technological ambitions with political agendas.

Thiel's influence permeated further into the administration. Reports indicate that his network of right-wing technologists infiltrated key governmental positions, with figures like David Sacks appointed as "AI and crypto czar" and Elon Musk co-heading DOGE. This convergence of tech expertise and political authority blurred the lines between public policy and private enterprise, raising alarms about potential overreach and the erosion of constitutional safeguards.

Thiel's libertarian views and deep ties to the tech industry positioned him as a puppet master, orchestrating a convergence of corporate power and government authority. His investments in platforms like Facebook and emerging technologies like cryptocurrency further extended his reach, influencing public opinion and financial systems alike. 

played a significant role in shaping the technological and political landscape during the Trump administration. His influence extended through strategic appointments and the embedding of his associates in key governmental positions, aligning with his libertarian vision of reducing government intervention and promoting technocratic governance.

Direct Involvement in the Trump Administration

• Transition Team Participation: Thiel was an active member of President-elect Donald Trump's transition team, providing strategic guidance and leveraging his Silicon Valley connections to influence policy decisions.

Placement of Associates in Key Positions

• Trae Stephens: A partner at Thiel's venture firm, Stephens was considered for the role of Deputy Secretary of Defense, the second-highest civilian position in the Pentagon.

• Mark Woolway: An early PayPal employee and associate of Thiel, Woolway was involved in the Treasury Department during Trump's transition, bringing his financial expertise to the administration.

Influence on Technological and Regulatory Policies

• Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE): Thiel's network played a role in the establishment of DOGE, a department co-founded by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, aiming to streamline government operations and reduce regulatory burdens.

It is called the Paypal Mafia

The "PayPal Mafia," a term referring to former PayPal employees who have become influential in the tech industry, has established notable connections with political action committees (PACs) supporting the "America First" agenda. Key members, including Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, and Ken Howery, have leveraged their resources to influence political outcomes aligned with their ideologies.

Peter Thiel's Political Contributions

Peter Thiel, a co-founder of PayPal, has been a significant political donor, channeling substantial funds into super PACs that support candidates aligned with the "America First" platform. For instance, Thiel contributed $10 million to the "Saving Arizona PAC," which backed Blake Masters, a candidate promoting America First policies.

Elon Musk's Involvement

Elon Musk, another prominent member of the PayPal Mafia, has also been active in political donations. He established "America PAC," a super PAC supporting Donald Trump's presidential campaign, to which he contributed nearly $75 million. This substantial financial support underscores Musk's alignment with the America First agenda and his influence in political circles.

Ken Howery's Contributions

Ken Howery, a founding member of PayPal, served as the U.S. Ambassador to Sweden during the Trump administration. In December 2024, President-elect Trump announced his intention to nominate Howery as the next U.S. Ambassador to Denmark. In addition to his diplomatic role, Howery donated $1 million to "America PAC," further illustrating the PayPal Mafia's financial backing of America First initiatives.

Collective Influence

The coordinated efforts of these tech magnates highlight the intersection of technology entrepreneurship and political advocacy. Their financial contributions to PACs supporting the America First agenda have played a role in shaping policy directions and political discourse in the United States.

In summary, the PayPal Mafia's engagement with America First PACs exemplifies how influential tech figures can leverage their resources to support political movements that align with their visions for the country's future.

Russia

Thiel has had interactions with Russian officials that have attracted attention. In 2018, at a party in Vienna, Thiel met Daniil Bisslinger, a diplomat from Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Bisslinger extended an invitation for Thiel to attend the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and offered to facilitate a meeting with President Vladimir Putin. Thiel later reported this approach to the FBI, expressing skepticism about Bisslinger's intentions.

A subsequent attempt occurred in January 2022 when Bisslinger renewed the invitation for Thiel to meet Putin at the upcoming forum. By this time, geopolitical tensions were escalating, leading Thiel to question the authenticity of the invitation. He did not respond and again informed the FBI about the contact.

These incidents highlight Thiel's limited and cautious interactions with Russian representatives. There is no public evidence linking Thiel to illicit financial activities involving Russian entities. His engagements appear to be confined to diplomatic overtures without further developments.
