A Strong, Common Sense Community Leader Putting People First!

The District’s Strongest Choice for State Representative is Jason Ruff, a hardworking, passionate, common sense community leader with a "Citizens First" platform to put citizen's interests before those of politicians.

I grew up in Northampton Borough,  graduated from Kutztown University with a B.A. in Business Management, and live in Slatington Borough, where I’m Borough Council Vice-President and Chair of the Human & Community Services Committee. I am also the borough’s representative to the Northern Lehigh County Region’s Multi-municipal Comprehensive Plan Committee working for smart growth and curbing warehouse and over-development. I volunteer on the Lehigh County Blight Task Force to address and remediate blight in our communities and work with the Northern Lehigh Recreation Authority and D&L Trail to promote trail use, revitalization and economic development across both counties.

Hard-working citizens deserve strong, common sense representatives in Harrisburg that put their interests above the self-interests of politicians. I'm committed to moving Pennsylvania forward and advocating in Harrisburg for resources and smart solutions that work for everyone.  I’m for strengthening our families and workforce, eliminating property taxes, providing stable funding for students and our school districts, fairly-drawn voting districts that give voice to every vote, job protection and creation, fair wages, expanding services and support for our veterans, seniors, and our small business owners, addressing our opioid crisis, preserving farmland and open spaces, and community improvements that increase property values.

We need fresh, experienced leadership, growth, economic development and progress for our beautiful district.  We have a strong community leader; Jason Ruff.
