Yogi Chugh for Fremont City Council District 6

Yogi Chugh has been a resident of Fremont since 1986. Fremont is where he and Dr. Monika Chugh have raised their two children. Fremont has been a town where they live and work and believe that Fremont is a community that is a great place to raise a family. Their kids have been students in Fremont’s public schools. 

Yogi Chugh is an Owner and Managing Director for a small business in Fremont, focussing on helping businesses of all sizes with their office space needs around office space, flex, labs, engineering space and warehouses.  

Yogi has been involved in community service and local community issues for over 3 decades in Fremont. He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Fremont Economic Development Commission, an Advisory Board member of Drivers for Survivors, an Associate Board Member of the Fremont Education Foundation, and as an Advisory Board member for Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs. He is also a member of the Fremont 4th of July Parade Committee. He has also served as a City of Fremont Planning Commissioner where he was chair when Fremont 25 year General Plan was formulated and implemented, Library Commissioner for City of Fremont and as Spokesperson for Fremonts Festival of Globe (FOG)
