Casey Announces $560,158 for 8 Farms and Businesses Across Northeast Pennsylvania

Grants funded by Casey-backed Inflation Reduction Act Grants will go towards purchasing of sunlight-to-electricity storage and distribution systems Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) announced $560,158 for eight rural Pennsylvania farms and businesses to purchase solar photovoltaic systems. The systems will convert captured solar energy into electricity which can be used to power various machines and operations and save these farms and businesses thousands of dollars per year.
