• No matter how many times we came out in mass numbers or attended town halls, we were ignored.
  

• They showed us that Tesla cars were more important than human life when they titled "property damage" as acts of terrorism and announced they would prosecute heavily due to "elitism".
  
• Yet, when millions protested for "Crimes against Humanity", "War Crimes", "Stochastic Terrorism", and "Persecution of journalists", those cries went ignored since no profit was able to be had. 
• They retaliated by censoring social media so others could not see the distress of the people.
  
• Then they threatened that those with opposing views suffered from Trump delirium, and needed to be confined in a mental penitentiary for 12-24 months, because anyone who didn't like what the President was doing must be crazy.
• He called himself a King, continued to step over the three branches of Government, took away our rights and freedoms and clearly was not working for the people under the confines of the Constitution.  Instead he was working on behalf of his own Crypto, his own wallet, and a SuperPac, renamed our Country after them, put them in high positions, got a new flag, and let them implement their illegal, harmful agenda upon the people.

Subject: Urgent Call for Investigation and Action Regarding Alleged Misconduct by Public Officials and Associated Entities

We, the undersigned citizens, respectfully submit this petition to bring to your immediate attention a series of serious concerns regarding actions taken by certain public officials, their associates, and affiliated private entities. These actions appear to undermine democratic principles, violate constitutional provisions, and infringe upon the rights of the American people.

Despite our efforts to voice these concerns through peaceful demonstrations, attendance at town halls, and various communications, our appeals have been met with indifference. It is imperative that decisive action be taken to address the following allegations:

• Collusion and Fair Competition Violations:
  • Evidence suggests coordinated efforts among public officials and private entities to manipulate markets, engage in insider trading, and suppress competition, particularly within the cryptocurrency sector and media.
• Systematic Persecution and Suppression of Journalistic Freedoms:
  • There is a concerted effort to marginalize and silence journalists and media outlets offering critical perspectives. This includes unjust layoffs of media personnel, dissemination of biased information, and the use of government platforms for partisan messaging, thereby infringing upon the free press. 
  • Attempts to dismantle fair trade laws, getting involved in ticktocks private sale, and discrediting, demonizing and escalated repeat rhetoric against reporters and judges creates an illusion to lack of separation of powers and using powers for a personal benefit.
• Unauthorized Data Mining and Privacy Violations:
  • Entities such as Palantir, Meta, X, Space X, Truth Social are reportedly mining personal data of citizens without consent, constituting significant privacy violations and potential breaches of constitutional rights.
• Misuse of Government Authority for Personal Gain:
  • Public officials have allegedly leveraged their positions to secure favorable policies for private entities, including advertising their PACs, providing lucrative jobs to PAC members, accepting foreign funds, and initiating policies such as tariffs and trade wars for benefit. Additionally, there are concerns about the dissemination of fear-inducing propaganda to manipulate public opinion and financial markets.
  • The executive overreach of Congress, holding and spending their purse without authorization, and writing excessive executive orders, bypasses their branch to for personal gain. This is illegal except in emergencies.  There have not been emergencies that qualified.
• Engagement in Stochastic Terrorism, Crimes Against Humanity, and Abuse of Power:
  • There is evidence of orchestrated campaigns to incite violence and intimidate opposition under the guise of policy advocacy, thereby undermining democratic processes and public safety. Specific allegations include:
    • Removal of 38 million people from healthcare without viable alternatives, jeopardizing public health.
    • Elimination of food assistance programs without solutions to address resulting food insecurity.
    • Provision of financial and military support to actions resulting in civilian casualties, raising concerns about compliance with international law.
• Violation of Constitutional Oaths and the Emoluments Clause:
  • Actions taken by certain officials suggest a premeditated intent to violate constitutional provisions, including the Emoluments Clause, by engaging in business dealings that personally benefit them during their tenure in office and using their positions for personal profit.

Demands for Immediate Action:

In light of these serious allegations, we, the undersigned citizens, demand the following actions:

• Immediate Investigation:
• Enforcement of Accountability:
  • Allow a panel of our choosing, to hold accountable all individuals and entities found complicit in these actions, including pursuing legal remedies for violations of law and public trust.
• Restoration of Democratic Integrity:
  • Ensure that government platforms and resources are used solely for public service, free from partisan influence and personal gain, thereby restoring faith in democratic institutions.
  • Remove any reference to, or referenced executive order, or bill demonstrating favoritism to America First PAC, their guiding policy that appears to be in place as a purchase of that organization's campaign donation, cease telling American's you are putting "America First", and remove any former America First board and other positions given due to high levels of conflict of interest, campaign violations, and emulation clauses.
  • Remove any executive order that does not have proof of emergency actions as deemed by the view of the public.
• Protection of Journalistic Freedoms:
  • Safeguard the rights of journalists and media organizations to operate without fear of retaliation, ensuring the free flow of information and robust public discourse, representing all political stances and opinions. Stop engaging in other social media platforms, due to fair competition laws.
• Remediation of Public Harm:
  • Implement measures to address and rectify the harm caused to the public, including the potential seizure of entities involved in unlawful activities to compensate affected citizens, or we can take action to do so under the emulations clause with intent to defraud.
  • Specifically, dismantle the following platforms within five days until the end of the current term, or risk seizure of assets:
    • Twitter X
    • Truth Social and its parent company funded by Russian sources
    • Rumble
    • Tesla (for unauthorized advertising)
    • WLF and all companies associated with $Trump, $DOGE, $Vance
    • Facebook (Can remain open during inspections, and if they are found in compliance, and they can guarantee compliance with ethics, laws, and integrity with surprise inspections provided by inspector of petitioners choices)
    • SpaceX (Can re-open after investigation completes, they are found in compliance, and they can guarantee compliance with ethics, laws, and integrity with surprise inspections provided by inspector of petitioners choices)
  • Indefinitely shut down the following entities:
    • Palantir Technologies (due to unauthorized data mining)
    • Neuralink (due to ethical and safety concerns)
    • US Crypto Reserve (due to illegal De-Fi activities)
• Reinforcement of Sanctions and International Policies:
  • Reinstate previously lifted sanctions against Russia to address defense concerns and secure national borders.
  • Ensure that diplomatic support for Russia does not result in the lifting of sanctions related to its activities in Ukraine, in exchange for assistance in military presence elsewhere.
• Restoration of Civil Rights Protections:
  • Reinstate protections under the Civil Rights Act and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) laws that were previously dismantled.
  • Remove sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC) and rejoin the World Health Organization (WHO).
  • Replace current Cabinet members with any qualified, non-partisan personnel.

We, the undersigned, affirm our commitment to the principles of justice, transparency, and accountability. We call upon our government to act swiftly and decisively to address these allegations within seven days, and uphold the Constitution.
