We, the undersigned, demand immediate action to hold accountable those responsible for the ongoing coup against the United States of America. The perpetrators of this unprecedented assault on our democracy, the Constitution, and the rule of law must be arrested and prosecuted for their actions of treason, sedition, High crimes and other crimes against the United States.

Tom Homan, Vivek Ramaswamy, Lee Zeldin, Mike Waltz, Elise Stefanik, Kelly Loeffler Alna Habba, Dr Janette Nesheiwat, Karoline Leavitt, Thomas Massie, Chip Roy, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Peter Thiel et al., David Sacks et al., Elon Musk et al, Turning Point USA, Koch, Sheriffs Org, Heritage Foundation and all other individuals who have orchestrated, participated in, or supported this unlawful and authoritarian takeover of the U.S. government.

Reasons for Arrest:

1. Treason and Sedition: These individuals have conspired to overthrow the lawful government of the United States and replace it with an authoritarian regime under the “America First” banner. They have committed acts of treason by attempting to dismantle democratic institutions and replace the rule of law with personal, unchecked power.
2. Subversion of Democracy: Through lies about election fraud, manipulation of the electoral system, and the incitement of violence (including the January 6, 2021, insurrection), the accused have undermined the integrity of free elections, undermining the foundation of our democracy.
3. Unconstitutional Actions: By using executive orders and other illegal means to consolidate power, dismantle federal agencies, and violate citizens' rights, the defendants have violated the Constitution at every level, including by targeting the judiciary and suppressing dissent.
4. Corruption and Financial Crimes: The accused have used their positions of power to enrich themselves, including manipulating the financial system and funneling billions of taxpayer dollars to foreign governments and personal financial interests.

What We Demand:

1. Immediate Arrests: We call for the immediate arrest and prosecution of all individuals involved in this coup, including those named above and any others identified in future investigations.
2. Full Investigation: A thorough and impartial investigation must be conducted to uncover the full extent of this conspiracy to overthrow our government and restore the rule of law.
3. Restoration of Democracy: The U.S. government must take all necessary steps to restore democratic principles, protect citizens' rights, and defend the Constitution. This includes ensuring that all individuals responsible for these actions are held fully accountable.

Action Steps:

• Demand Action from the U.S. Department of Justice: The Department must take immediate steps to investigate and prosecute those responsible for the coup against America. We demand swift action to bring these individuals to justice.
• Support Legal Challenges: Support must be given to all efforts seeking to challenge the unconstitutional actions of the Trump administration and his allies, including lawsuits, investigations, and international efforts to address human rights violations.
• Stand with the Military: Military personnel must uphold their oath to defend the Constitution and refuse to follow unlawful orders that violate democratic principles.
