My name is Stephen Wright. I am a Progressive Veteran running for office in Washington, Congressional District 5. I am an academically trained biologist with emphasis in mycology and botany. I am a hemp farmer and mushroom producer. I believe we can rebuild our nation from the soil up, and I believe sustainably farmed hemp could be the greatest tool at our disposal. I am a member of the Green Party. I believe this country has never treated everyone equally, and it is a popular misconception of those not afflicted that this mistreatment exists. I believe that unchecked capitalism is the death of the human race. I believe we each have a responsibility to provide a better future for the next generation.
