The Tennessee Women's Political Caucus (NWPCTN) is a multipartisan, nonprofit membership organization that works to increase the representation of self-identified women who support equality and reproductive freedom throughout Tennessee’s community and political leadership structures.

Our national organization, the National Women’s Political Caucus, was established by distinguished social activists such as Shirley Chisolm, Fannie Lou Hamer, Virginia Allan, and Gloria Steinheim, in the 1970’s to promote women’s issues and representation. The Tennessee Women’s Political Caucus carry their mantle in the state of Tennessee.
